Release Radar New Android Games (September 12-18, 2026)

After a brief hiatus, we’re back with a new release radar. A slew of new Android games have hit the Google Play Store since our last list. From cozy sims to Idle RPGs, this week’s list has something for just about everyone. So, let’s get to it!

Trash Goblin

It’s time to talk about Trash Goblin, and no, I don’t mean the Junk Lady from Jim Henson’s Labyrinth. Originally released in May 2025 for console and PC, Trash Goblin is a cozy shopkeeping game where you play as a goblin who searches for lost trinkets and treasure to clean, upcycle and sell in your humble shop.

The trinkets you find are covered in various kinds of dirt that require different cleaning methods. You’ll cater to the desires of your eccentric clientele, use proceeds to upgrade your shop and decorate your heart’s content.

Fate of Astra

The first Idle RPG to grace this week’s list of new Android games is Fate of Astra. This anime-style role-playing game takes place in a world threatened by terrifying darkness. You play as a Dragon Wielder, born with an innate connection to ancient dragon spirits. To stop the darkness from taking over, you’ll need to recruit dragon companions to aid you in battle.

To come out on top in combat, you’ll need to build your team strategically. Build bonds with companions to unlock their full strength and compete against other players in PvP modes.

ARES: The Iron Vanguard

ARES: The Iron Vanguard is a new sci-fi action RPG taking place across a vast universe. Featuring lovely high-quality 3D graphics, ARES: The Iron Vanguard features fast-paced combat. As a guardian, it’s up to you to save the galaxy from Nemesis, a dangerous new threat.

The developers promise you can switch your suit in real time to change up your combat style. You’ll take on powerful bosses and team up with other players for raids and strike missions.

Divine Thrones Idle RPG

If you love Idle RPGs, you may want to check out Divine Thrones. Forgotten Goddesses emerge from deep slumber after the shattering of the supreme throne. Now it’s up to you, as the bearer of forbidden contracts, to gain the loyalty of the Goddesses in order to enact your rule.

You’ll recruit and upgrade Goddesses to build your ideal team. To gain their trust and strengthen your bond, you’ll need to complete contracts.

Flick Shot Rogues

Perhaps the only roguelike that aims to simulate the sensation of flicking a coin across a table, Flick Shot Rogues is a seemingly challenging turn-based experience. Rather than relying on traditional movement, you control your character by tapping and sliding your finger across the screen to set your flick trajectory.

While it is a premium game, you can play the beginning of the game for free. Fling your avatar into your foes to damage them and collect treasures as you journey across a treacherous island.

Disney Epic Mickey ReBrushed

Mickey Mouse’s charming paint-fueled adventure is finally available on mobile. In Disney Epic Mickey Rebrushed you’;l lead Mickey on a quest to stop the Shadow Blot monster he accidentally released.

Equipped with only some paint, paint thinner and a brush, you’ll traverse a realm full of forgotten Disney characters known as the Wasteland. Mickey can use paint thinner to remove parts of the environment and paint to create new objects. You’ll solve puzzles, combat enemies, and reshape the world around you in this absolutely adorable classic.
