Nintendo just held their latest Indie World Showcase for October 2026, and here is a list of everything.

A Princely Port

The show began with a port of 2025 smash critical indie-hit, Blue Prince. It is available today on the Nintendo Switch 2.

Witchbrook got its release date, coming to Xbox (Game Pass), PlayStation, Switch 1 & 2, and PC on January 28th, 2026

Super Battle Golf, which had a viral streamer-powered launch on PC earlier this year, will be coming to Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 with full cross-play on March 25th, 2027.

Dumpster Gang, a ‘friendslop’ title where you play as Raccoons is also coming to the platform next March. It will launch day one into Xbox Game Pass and release on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch 2, and PC.

Kitsune: The Journey of Adashino features a fox and a frog companion in an occasionally stunning looking title which is coming to the Switch and Switch 2 in the Spring of 2027.

Winds of Viridia looks to fashion a “classic action-adventure, bringing modern real-time combat to a seamless, handcrafted world.” It will release for the Switch 2 in “early” 2027 with a demo now available on the platform.

Sword of the Sea, which our reviewer loved, is coming to Switch 2 and Xbox tomorrow, after releasing on PC and PS5 last year.

City of None is the latest from the creators of Celest. It’s a ‘retro-style platformer’ coming to both the Switch and Switch 2 at some point in 2027.

Petal Runner has a new demo available now and will release on the Switch 2 and PC via Steam on March 8th, 2027. You’ll play as Cali, joined by his cat companion Kira, as they work as motorcycle couriers in this 8-bit-style old-school adventure game.

Raccoin: Chaos Max Edition is also getting a demo today, and will release on the Switch 2 on November 10th, 2026. This new edition adds 8 playable characters who have their own gameplay styles.

Tenjutsu is a stylish looking action-focused roguelike coming to the Switch and Switch 2 in 2027. It comes, in part, from the designer of one of my personal favorites, Dead Cells.

Threads of Time, a game long in development, has finally been given a release window. This beautiful pixel-art RPG will come to Switch 2, Xbox, PlayStation 5, and PC in the Summer of 2027.

R.E.P.O. is one of the most successful friend-focused games. It launched to massive streamer-focused success last year and will be coming to the Switch 2 in 2027.

Slime Rancher 2, the colorful creature collector, is getting a Switch 2 port in January of 2027.

My Arms Are Longer Now, a hilarious game our EIC previewed, is coming to Xbox, Switch 1 & 2, PlayStation, and PC on March 11th, 2027.

Spirit Crossing makes March 11th, 2027 a busy day. This MMO focused on simulating life will release on Switch and Switch 2.

City of None is an old-school platformer focused on chip tune beats and Amiga aesthetics. It will be out on the Switch and Switch 2 at some point in 2027.

Haunted Paws is a co-op title coming to the Switch and Switch 2 in May of 2027. There is a demo available now as well.
